We always adhere to standardized order processing and safe logistics management, aiming to deliver all bag products to customers with complete packaging and stable quality within the stipulated delivery cycle.
1. Order Processing Time
After your order is successfully confirmed and paid, our warehouse team will complete product inspection, sorting and professional packaging within 1 to 3 working days. All processing work only proceeds on regular business days, excluding weekends and U.S. official statutory holidays.
During peak sales seasons and promotional periods with surging order volume, the order processing cycle may be appropriately extended. We will take the initiative to send email reminders to customers once the delay exceeds the normal time range to ensure transparent order progress.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs for all orders are calculated based on the actual weight, size and shipping destination of the package. The accurate shipping fee will be displayed in real time on the checkout page before payment, with no hidden charges or additional fees.
Our standard shipping service has an estimated delivery cycle of 15 business days for all bag products. It should be noted that the delivery time is only a reference value. The actual arrival time may be affected by logistics carrier scheduling, customs clearance efficiency, extreme weather, regional logistics restrictions and holiday shutdowns, which shall be subject to the actual logistics situation.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
When your order is picked up and dispatched by the logistics carrier, our system will automatically send a shipment confirmation email to your reserved mailbox. The email contains your exclusive order number, official logistics tracking number and carrier information for your daily inquiry.
Generally, logistics tracking data will be updated and available for query within 24 to 48 hours after shipment. If the tracking information cannot be queried normally after the above period, you can contact our customer service team for manual verification and processing.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers must ensure that the recipient name, contact number and detailed shipping address filled in during checkout are accurate and complete. Please check the information repeatedly to avoid delivery errors and package loss.
FISCHER KIRK EDWARD JR will not bear any liability for package misdelivery, loss or return caused by wrong, missing or invalid address information provided by customers. If the package is returned due to address problems, customers need to bear the return cost and corresponding reshipping fees for secondary delivery.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package logistics status is not updated for a long time or is suspected to be lost during transportation, please contact our customer service team within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will cooperate with the logistics company to investigate the package trajectory and follow up on the processing result.
During long-distance transportation, luggage and bags may be squeezed, scratched or suffer accessory loss and structural damage. If you receive damaged products, please feedback to us within 24 hours after signing for the package. You need to provide clear photos of the outer package and damaged product details. We will verify the problem truthfully and provide a reasonable after-sales solution as soon as possible.
6. Apparel Care and Usage Notice
This usage and maintenance specification applies to all luggage, handbags, travel backpacks and storage bag products sold in our store. Each product is equipped with exclusive care guidelines according to different material characteristics such as leather, canvas and waterproof fabric.
We do not undertake responsibility for product damage, deformation, aging or functional failure caused by improper use, random cleaning, long-term exposure to harsh environments, artificial collision damage and private disassembly. Customers shall use and maintain the products in accordance with official instructions to ensure normal service life.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
For all international cross-border orders, the local customs of the destination country will formulate corresponding tax and fee standards according to local trade policies, and may levy import tariffs, inspection fees and other related charges.
All customs-related expenses and risks in the process of international transportation are borne by the customer independently. The product price and shipping fee charged by our store do not include any customs and tax costs. Customers need to abide by local import regulations and handle customs clearance issues by themselves.
